Support is engaged on a per-project or per-incident basis when something specific needs attention.
Partnership plans are designed to keep your systems stable, reduce the need for urgent reactive fixes, and give you consistent, priority access — month after month. Pricing and availability are shared with qualified clients.

For clients who require elevated access, faster scheduling, and the highest level of service priority.

As-available support on a first-come, first-served basis. No ongoing relationship, maintenance, or priority access included.
Includes up to 3 hours of work. Additional time billed at standard hourly rates. Work exceeding 3 hours will be scoped and approved in advance.
No ongoing monitoring or maintenance. Scheduling is prioritized by active partners first, followed by project-based requests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Requests must be clearly defined at submission. Additional items are treated as separate engagements. Travel costs estimated and approved in advance.
Partnership rates are shared with qualified clients.
